Swimmers from RHAC joined swimmers from PASA (Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics) for a terrific long course workout and pancake and cereal bar breakfast down at the Fremont Hills facility. With 50 swimmers participating in this event, the energy was awesome, workout was tough, and a lot of new friendships were formed. A huge thank you to Coach Bruce Smith, and Dana Kirk for hosting this event.
